All of my life I have loved Whippets. For much of that life they have been my companions, so much so that they are, indeed, part of my life. It is not surprising that they have long since ceased to be "just dogs".....but are truly my "lifes consuming passion". My dedication to these little lythe spirits has brought to me many years of enjoyment and fulfillment. Their sterling qualities of either Racing Dog, Lure Courser, Show Dog or "Bed Warmers" will capture the hearts of all those who have the priviledge of being "owned by them". With "keen eye" and "love of chase" this lively little sportsman certainly has no equal......unless it be his forefather, the Greyhound.
