DJ's my miracle boy. I had thought, with the loss of Danny (Ch Sangaree's Moon Dancer) that I had lost all I ever had of my dogs for the last 30 yrs. To find out he became a grandsire 4 yrs after his death, from cancer at age 9, was almost unbelievable......to have one puppy of the 7 look so much like him was a miracle. I will forever be indebted to his breeders and my friends, Ruby and Amy, for this very dear boy. But I had no idea at the time just how special this pup was to become in my life. After going thru two personal tragedies in our family, there were times this little dog gave me a reason to go on and face another day. He held me together thru many long nights of pain and fear, and made me smile again.
