Melody was bred by Mary Beth Lake and came by her 'wind' name honestly. Not only her sire, but she too, was born during a hurricane. She is a double Houston granddaughter and has absolutely the blackest eyes on her. She is one of the cutest whippets I have ever loved and lived with. Tho petite, when she runs, she somehow manages to sound like a herd of horses, hence she has been dubbed "Thunderpaws". A beautiful puppy who forgot to grow up in EVERY way. She is a 17" mini Quarterhorse with the heart of a clown. Melody is literally my comic relief and has made life such a joy and can bring a smile in the darkest moments just by looking at her.
