"Mistri with her Mom, Smudge"

Mistri was the most gentle, sweet, wonderful Whippet. Shown in Bred By, she took 3 majors herself to finish, but she was a little slower than her brother, Danny.....as she had 5 RWB, to him winning. (I couldn't find a judge willing to give the BBE majors same day, same owner, lol) She and Danny were very close, and I lost her unexpectedly to a vet mistake just before her ninth birthday. When I lost him a year later, it seemed "meant to be" that they were again together as they had been all of their lives. After losing her, it took me months to say just his name alone, as it seemed I'd always said "Danny/Mistri" as if they were one. It is comforting to know they are one again.
