Linda Johnson
and Barchet Whippets are from Loganville Georgia and this is Linda's story. "I began showing whippets after a friend gave me one...well that was all it took and in 1978 I didn't finish my
first whippet". She had a job in life and that was to love and be a companion for my son. She passed away from Cancer at 9 years old devastating for both of us. Anyway they were great
exercisers for the Dobermans and kept them in top showing shape as I got older I needed something I didn't have to work so hard to train and show.
So our Legacy Began...Ch. Shamasan's Bugs Bunny.

these marvelous dogs.

Morshor's Cross The Water ROM "Linda" What can I say about my Linda, she was the beginning of a very successful breeding program and combined with Plumcreek, it was just what I was looking for...And she made me shine as a handler.
I then sent her to Linda Larson and she bred her to Ch. Plumcreek Chase Manhattan ROMX. She produced an all champion litter and out of that came Ch. Barchet turn it Loose who became the second
AWC Futurity winner. And we sent His sister Ch Barchet Topsy Turvy to"Oscar" Ch. Delacreme DelaRenta ROMX and the rest my friends is history!
Ch. Meisterhaus Guardian Angel & Barbara Wayne finished from 6-9 puppy class.

The support and friendship that I have had the pleasure of obtaining through my membership in AWC and continuing
with a firm conviction of breeding standards that have made success on a small scale.
My future lies in the hands of very capable breeders that have used my stud dog "Jordan" Ch. Barchet Singular Sensation and in seeing, handling and loving his children. He is combined from the
best kennels Morshor and Plumcreek and his pedigree has been put together very carefully. I have vowed to educate, Teach and Preach Health to new and old whippet owners alike. Even the silliest of
questions can be answered and I will continue to do so until this Mouth of the South takes the dirt nap!
